1. COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP

Unless otherwise stated, photographs and other visual content published on this website are created by Lucas Clemente and are protected by applicable copyright law, including the Swiss Federal Act on Copyright and Related Rights (CopA / URG).

Copyright protection arises automatically where the legal requirements are met. The © notice is informational and is not a condition for protection.

2. SHARING ON PERSONAL SOCIAL MEDIA

People appearing in my photographs are welcome to share or repost the photographs on their personal, non-commercial social media accounts, provided that all of the following conditions are respected:

Lucas Clemente / foxphotography.ch is clearly credited as the photographer;
the original photography account or website is tagged or linked whenever the platform allows it;
the photograph is not edited, altered, filtered, manipulated or used in a misleading context;
watermarks, signatures and photographic credits are not removed.

This permission is limited to personal, non-commercial sharing. It does not transfer copyright ownership and does not authorise commercial use.

Sharing a link to a photograph or gallery on this website is welcome.

3. USES REQUIRING PRIOR PERMISSION

Prior written permission is required for, among other things:

commercial use, resale or licensing;
use in advertising, sponsored content or promotional campaigns;
publication by a business, brand or organisation for its own promotional purposes;
redistribution to third parties;
editing, manipulation or creation of derivative images;
use that removes or obscures the photographer’s credit or watermark.

Any permission may be subject to agreed conditions, fees and limitations.

4. COMMERCIAL LICENSING

Commercial, editorial, advertising or other professional uses must be agreed with the photographer in writing before the image is used. The agreement should specify the permitted media, purpose, territory, duration, editing rights, credit requirements and any applicable fee.

5. IMAGE RIGHTS AND PEOPLE SHOWN IN PHOTOGRAPHS

Copyright in a photograph and the personality or image rights of a person shown in it are separate matters. Owning the copyright does not automatically grant unrestricted permission to publish or commercially exploit a person’s image.

Photographs are selected and published with regard to applicable personality rights, permissions and legal grounds. A person who has a concern about a photograph in which they appear may contact the photographer at contact@foxphotography.ch.

6. COPYRIGHT CONCERNS

If you believe that content on this website infringes your rights, please contact contact@foxphotography.ch and identify the relevant photograph or page and explain your concern. The matter will be reviewed.

Unauthorised uses may be addressed through appropriate legal remedies.
